　　一、 贺卡(Greeting Cards)：贺卡的种类繁多，包括圣诞卡、生日卡以及特殊成就卡等等。礼卡与贺卡功能很相似，基本格式几乎一样。写祝贺卡和礼卡特别要注意以下几点：

　　1． 赠与人的姓名通常都出现在贺卡的左上脚。表现形式很多。公务式贺卡通常采用To…, Dear…,或者直接用名字称呼。

　　2． 赠卡人的姓名通常写在贺卡的右下脚。出现形式也很多样。可以直接署赠卡人的名字，也可用赠卡人和收卡人之间的关系的形式，如your son。

　　*． 祝词一般置于贺卡中央，而且要讲究美观。

　　二、名片(Name card / Calling Card / Business Card)：名片分为两种，即公务名片和私人名片。

　　公务名片格式为：

　　 正上方：供职单位名称 正中间：姓名及头衔或职称

　　 左下方：地址及邮编 右下方：电话、电传及因特网址等

　　 私人名片的格式为：

　　 正上方或正中间：姓名及头衔或职称 正中偏下方：供职单位名称及职务

　　 左下方：地址及邮编 右下方：电话、电传及因特网址等

　　 另外：英文地址通常是按照由小到大的顺序。如：Room *01, No.28, Hongzhong Road, Shanghai, China.
