华为升至世界第三 2015年全球手机厂商排行榜
近日，市场调研机构Digitmes Research公布了2015年第三季度全球智能手机出货量数据，根据报告显示，今年第三季度三星、苹果依然占据出货量前两名的位置，而排名第三的手机厂商则是来自中国的华为。
在第三季度，全球智能手机出货量共计3.32亿部，环比增长10.5%，同比增长7.7%。本季度三星出货量比重最大，占到总数的25.6%，而苹果则占到14.5%，国产厂商华为则拥有7.4%的市场份额。
其实华为在2015年第一季就已经荣升至全球第三，而在紧接着第二季度的排名华为仍旧是霸占第三。而现在第三季度的排名毫无疑问再次成为了国内第一，全球第三。
笔者认为，在全球手机厂商排行榜前五名当中，第三至第五是最容易易主的，因为这几家厂商的实际市场份额都相差不大，而且产品的差异化比较小，既无法做到苹果领先的技术创新，也没有三星强大的垂直整合能力。
但是华为能够连续三季牢牢站稳全球第三也让我们不得不正视：看似普通的华为凭借什么能够力压LG和小米?这或许就是笔者今天要解开的迷。
双品牌战略：回旋余地更大
2013年，华为荣耀品牌开始独立发展，作为当时模仿小米模式的互联网手机品牌，荣耀手机此后一路狂奔，成为当时销量仅次于小米的手机品牌，可以说荣耀品牌为华为手机的整体销量做出了很大的贡献。
当国产手机在小米的带领下大打性价比战的时候，华为通过走中低端的互联网品牌荣耀抓住了这一波红利。同时其主打高端的手机品牌华为也并未放慢脚步，通过P系列和Mate系列两大子品牌开始触及国产手机自动回避的高端手机市场。而Mate 7就是华为的风口，在低端手机开始萎靡的时候，华为适时的找到了高端市场的入口，抓住了手机行业的下一波红利。
反观当时的国产手机，在2015年初小米发布小米Note主打高端，但是相比华为已经整整晚了两年的时间，这就像是温水煮青蛙的过程，当小米察觉到危机的时候，已经无力回天了。
可以说华为相比小米魅族这些国产手机厂商有着更长远的战略眼光，着眼当下，布局未来，而这也是华为最后脱颖而出的关键原因。
自研芯片：自己掌握命根子
华为手机表面的光鲜其实离不开其始终重视对手机核心技术的研发投入。我们纵观华为智能手机的历史就会发现这其中海思麒麟芯片基本上贯穿了华为手机的整个历史。
笔者不得不承认的是，海思麒麟芯片早期确实在性能上和兼容性上有很多问题。但是随着Android系统的发展，麒麟芯片之前的问题都慢慢的解决了。而能够自研芯片不仅证明了华为强大的研发能力，更是让华为在手机研发进度上游刃有余。
