looking for oral enlish partner

Hi, friends, I am here looking for persons who would like to practice oral english with me. To dispel your doubt, let me introduce myself and my motivation.

　　I used to be an english majore passing the Band 8 test with relatively good oral english. I am twenty eight years old working in a british law firm as a professional legal translator. My working mainly engages in writing hardly oral. So to keep my oral english from declining, I would like to have a partner who is or are willing to speak with me on phone (in a way not to incur financial burden to you), so you know , iam not looking for a student to teach or a teacher to learn from. You shall be persons meeting the following:

　　1. have strong passion for oral english, and relatively good at it and can engage in fluent unbroken speech;

　　2. you have plenty of free time esp in the evening and at weekend;

　　3. you'd better age at 23-30, a too young or too old would leave generation gap that would hinder our communication;
