【IT168 专访】2015年11月12日，柯尼卡美能达以“柯求卓越 美誉十载”为主题的十周年媒体沟通会在上海隆重举行。十年间，柯尼卡美能达亲历了中国复合机市场从模拟到数码、从黑白到彩色的发展道路，也见证了中国OA市场的快速发展。在这十年间，柯尼卡美能达从行业新秀发展成为了中国复合机市场的领导品牌、在彩色商务领域、数字印刷领域及商务增值解决方案领域连续多年斩获行业细分市场第一的桂冠。在此，我们采访了柯尼卡美能达办公系统(中国)有限公司董事长岡本圭司先生、董事/副总经理钟登根先生和市场部部长凌芸女士，一起分享柯尼卡美能达十年间的那些事。
回顾十年辉煌之路，柯尼卡美能达进行了两次重大变革：这两次变革令柯尼卡美能达不但成为了“中国A3彩色数码复合机市场”的领导者，也成功从硬件供应商转型为“商务解决方案增值服务商”。2005年11月公司刚一成立，就向市场推出了第一款全彩色数码复合机bizhub C350，随后又推出bizhub系列A3中高速彩机，应用特有的印宝珑技术，以及适合中小型企业使用的入门彩机，随着中国市场的不断发展，更是在2014年推出了针对中国用户定制的“景泰蓝”A3彩色数码复合机……钟登根先生回忆企业成立之初是介绍说，当时在中国几乎没有彩色市场。为了让经销商和用户了解彩色商务的前景，在全国范围内推出“彩色风暴”、“彩色飓风”系列彩色商务推广活动，并在全国每年举办300场-400场以“彩色革命”为主题的巡展活动，可以说柯尼卡美能达就是中国彩色市场的开拓者。
随着中国用户需求的变化，硬件与软件相结合的服务方式逐渐受到了行业用户的关注。对此，柯尼卡美能达于2010年率先提出从硬件供应商转变为“商务解决方案增值服务商”，借助“解决方案”切入各行业客户的工作流，并提供定制化的行业解决方案。市场部部长凌芸女士介绍说，如今在整个行业规划上已经实现精细化管理。在横向上柯尼卡美能达可以根据公司规模提供不同的产品服务，同时公司还成立了“GMA”(全球大客户)与“CMA”(中国大客户)部门，为跨国企业与本土大客户提供有针对性的商务增值解决方案。纵向上可以根据各个行业的特殊需求推出专业化的服务。如今，在医疗、金融保险、制造、物流、教育等行业，柯尼卡美能达的彩色商务解决方案已经成为了业界标杆。
弹指十年间，柯尼卡美能达之所以能推行如此巨大的变革，与企业深厚的文化渊源不无关联。柯尼卡美能达的企业口号是“创意改变世界”，随后又提出“一切以客户为中心”的企业服务理念。岡本圭司董事长表示：“这就意味着柯尼卡美能达必须领先于行业的其他竞争对手，我们要有新的理念和创新的想法，并把它们变成一些有形的产品和服务，再服务于我们的客户。”正是在这种理念的指导下，柯尼卡美能达十年的转型都围绕着用户的需求展开，这也是企业在日益变化竞争中保持不败的秘诀。
