在开始运行中输入 regedit 打开注册表编辑器,
然后定位到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\WgaLogon，删除WgaLogon，重新启动wgatray.exe就不会自动启动了.然后打开C:\windows\system32\ 换到wgatray.exe删除它.然后关掉自动更新.就可以了.以后更新就360或者其它的更新补丁
