这是俚语，相当于be动词的am,is,are;ai not还可以缩写成ain't，就是am not,is not或are not的意思，有时也可能代表have not或has not之意。
口语中这种变形很多，就像wanna=want to等等一样。
至于these ai not no cropdusters这句，里面连用了两个否定词。我猜说这句话的人应该是美国黑人或者教育程度比较低的阶层，他们否定的形式是双重否定，即ain't+no，（不同于汉语双重否定表示肯定，他们的双重否定还是否定，就象法语的否定需要ne...pas两个词一样），而肯定形式则跟正常一样。
根据句中意思,应该是is,而不是ai,会不会是笔误.
